New Book

Lynn has written a new book called Melissa and the Conductor! This book follows the intertwined histories of two families who first connected at Washington High School in Atlanta, Georgia, where the parents were educators. After school integration, one family moved to Maryland while the other remained in Georgia, and over time their communication faded. Years later, in an unexpected twist of fate, the families’ children—now a nursing student at Howard University and a music education major at Virginia Commonwealth University—cross paths at a Howard football game. Their chance reunion sets the stage for an engaging and unusual story about destiny, family ties, and the unfolding events that follow their meeting.
