About Flen Consultant
Flen Consultant is a service – oriented business that offers seminars, consultation, grant writing, public speaking, clinic management consultation, facilitation and customer service skills to individuals, businesses, churches, organizations and schools. The Business Mission is to encourage individuals, businesses, churches and schools to start their own businesses, find money for their existing programs (through grant writing), improve clinic management and customer service skills.

- Training staff in churches on leadership seminars, grant writing, etc.
- Teaching theology students, businesses, Schools and organizations how to write grants

Expertise and Experience
Lynn Flen, Chief Executive officer, served an Acting Director, Deputy Director and Program Manager, etc. of the State of Georgia and Fulton County Women Infants and Children (WIC) Program. She worked in this program for forty years at the clinic, district and state level starting as a clerk and worked her way up. She wrote and reviewed grants in this program. Her clinic management skills were learned through Emory University and working in clinics (WIC, Family Planning…) in various capacities. She is a certified facilitator, certified manager and certified customer service trainer. Lynn also served on the Board of Directors at Christian Ministers Alliance Training Academy where she taught theology students grant writing and leadership skills.
